For years, I have actively avoided a gym for the "Look at me" atmosphere most seem to attract. Bodyplex is not that gym. It's friendly, low key and minimal drama. Great staff, classes, and ample equipment give it a relaxed get it done feeling. There's even childcare, which is surprisingly chill, considering what little ones bring to any public place. From Millennials to Baby Boomers, it has a welcoming and inclusive ethos which really makes going to the gym all more attractive.
