It's LAUNCH WEEK at Bodyplex Grayson!

 

Join us Saturday, 7/8/23 - Saturday, 7/15/23 for the quarterly release of new routines and new music from Les Mills! Now is a great time to try something fun and new to incorporate into your routine.

Each Les Mills class is a 55-minute, results-driven workout guaranteed to make you SWEAT! The best thing is that these classes are for everyone! Each Les Mills routine is specially developed to allow all fitness levels to workout together at the same time. Your instructors will always be prepared with modifications to meet you where you are and give you the challenge you need! Each class that you attend is a chance to earn a raffle entry into our prize drawing. The more entries you earn, the higher your chance of winning! All classes are free this week for non-members, and you even have extra chances to earn raffle entries when you bring friends with you to Launch!

Check out our program lineup below for descriptions about each class:

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all of your muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. With awesome music, great instructors and your choice of weight, get the results you came for and get them fast!

BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive! Using a height adjustable step and simple movements, this class takes cardio block tracks to push fat burning systems into high gear while muscle conditioning tracks shape and tone your body!

BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates blend workout that builds flexibility and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Breathing exercises, structured series of stretches, movements and poses to create a state of harmony and balance while working on stability and core strength.

BODYCOMBAT is the high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that us totally non-contact. Punck and kick your way to fitness while learning moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu!

BODYATTACK is the high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to everyone from total beginners to total pros! We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises like pushups and squats.

RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you achieve fitness while riding to the rhythm of powerful music! Take on the terrain as your instructor guides you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training to sweat and burn your way to your endorphin boost!

TONE is the workout that combines blocks of strength, cardio, and core training into one complete convenient class! The multi-peak workout helps burn calories and builds strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength!
